by bookpublishinghq.com to the customer in accordance with their order.
Order: An order via phone or e-mail made by the customer to
purchase services or products provided by bookpublishinghq.com.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if processed, take between 5 to 15 days to reflect on the
customer’s end.
A processing fee will be charged in all cases.
Refunds are offered only in special cases and specified conditions.
Refund Policy
Clients who purchase any of our services and make payment are entitled to
request a full refund within 07 working days from the date of purchase. To initiate
this refund, clients must submit their request via email to info@barnesandnoblepublishings.com within this
07-working-day period. Upon receiving a valid request, we will issue a full refund with no
additional fees.
Please note that if a refund request is made after the 07-working-day
period, the client will no longer be eligible for a refund,
and no dispute over the amount will be entertained.
Definition of Working Days: "Working days" refers to Monday through
Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
It is imperative that you carefully read and understand the refund policy
before submitting any Order and/or payment.
We do not accept returns on fulfilled orders due to the nature of the
products we produce.
If changes are needed to ensure quality standards, we have a revision
process in place.
If the fulfilled product does not meet requirements specified at the
placement of the order, we will revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.
Revisions
Each package has its own revision policy.
Revisions are provided within 5 to 10 days of the order going into the
Waiting for Customer Approval status.
Customers may request revisions directly by sending their assigned
Project Manager an email.
Customers are welcome to make changes personally to any content they
receive from us before publishing.
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued
In case of late delivery due to minor technical errors, such as
grammatical, typing, or word count discrepancies, partial refunds or discounts may be
provided.
The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client's end.
No refund will be issued on the basis of low word count.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without
notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or
discontinuance of the Service.

Terms and Conditions before making any payment for our services. By proceeding with payment,
the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in
this document. If a client chooses not to review the Terms and Conditions, we cannot be held
responsible for any misunderstandings or disputes arising from this.
